About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Advantage Healthcare. As a Complex Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in caring for individuals with complex needs.
About You
You will need experience in PEG feeding, ventilation, and suctioning for this role. As well as plenty of care, compassion, and resilience. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, paid annual leave, and the chance to make a real difference in people's lives.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and work with individuals who require support with daily living tasks. You will be working in a community setting, providing one-to-one care to clients with spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and other complex needs.
