The JobWe are seeking Support Workers to join our team in Wellingborough. As a Support Worker, you will work closely with service users, providing person-centred care and support to promote their independence and well-being.
Requirements- Excellent communication skills
- Calm and resourceful approach
- Unconditional positive regard for individuals we support
- Ability to work within a positive behaviour support framework
- A one-off bonus of £100 upon successful completion of the 4-month probationary period
- Competitive salary: approximately £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Pension contributions and 28 days annual leave
