Therapeutic Care Professional

Join our team as a Therapeutic Care Professional at Brick Lane, one of our three-bedroom children's homes. As a Residential Child Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our young residents, helping them achieve amazing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver daily care and support to children, addressing their physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
  • Build strong relationships with children, fostering trust and promoting positive interactions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Engage children in recreational activities tailored to their interests, promoting social skills and personal growth.
