Job OverviewThis position requires someone with experience in complex care, including tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care. As a Homecare Practitioner, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans, ensuring the highest level of care and support for our clients.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive care, including PEG feeding, suctioning, and ventilation
- Monitor and report patient conditions, collaborating with healthcare professionals to address any concerns
- Conduct thorough assessments, developing tailored care plans that meet individual needs
- Qualifications and experience in complex care
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum
- Paid annual leave and maternity/paternity benefits
- Ongoing training and clinical support
- Enhanced DBS check and refer-a-friend scheme
