We are looking for a skilled Autism Residential Care Specialist to join our team at SGS Care Ltd. As a key member of our residential support team, you will provide support and guidance to young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

The successful candidate will have experience in supporting children or a passion for working with them. We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team who are passionate about providing high-quality care to young people. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective care plans to promote the education, independence, and well-being of young people.

Responsibilities:

  • Support young people with ASD to develop life skills and achieve their goals.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality care.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • A full UK driving licence.
  • L3 or equivalent in Children & Young People Family Practitioner / Level 3 in Residential Childcare.
  • Experience in supporting children (ideally) or a passion for working with them.
