About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered General Nurse to join our team at Meadow View Care Home in Irchester, Wellingborough. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and compassionate individual to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our residents receive high-quality care that meets their physical, psychological, and social needs. This includes developing and implementing effective care plans, managing medications, and promoting the welfare and well-being of those in your care.

Key Responsibilities
  • To develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs and preferences of each resident
  • To administer medications and manage medication regimes in line with legal, professional, and regulatory requirements
  • To promote the independence, dignity, and well-being of residents through personalized support and care
  • To work collaboratively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
