Senior Primary Care Nurse Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Primary Care Nurse to join our team at HMP Five Wells, a category C prison located in Wellingborough.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a nurse-led service and prevent hospital admissions.
As a Senior Primary Care Nurse, you will contribute to our nursing strategy and vision, providing outstanding evidence-based care to our patients and promoting best practice, clinical supervision, and continuous quality improvement.
We offer a competitive salary of up to £46,420 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including a bespoke induction program, competency framework, and regional and national career development opportunities.
Main Duties- Lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a nurse-led service and prevent hospital admissions.
- Contribute to our nursing strategy and vision, providing outstanding evidence-based care to our patients.
- Promote best practice, clinical supervision, and continuous quality improvement.
- Deliver non-judgmental care that makes a real difference to our patients.
