Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a nursing home or similar setting and will be able to work effectively in a team and independently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

The successful candidate will receive an excellent salary of £20.75 per hour and the annual salary of £40,462.50 per annum. We offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and training, a supportive work environment, and a competitive salary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor residents' health and report changes to the care team
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and nursing standards

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Previous experience in a nursing home or similar setting
  • Experience of participating in quality and clinical governance programmes
  • Able to work under pressure and prioritize workload
  • Understands and effectively uses IT and communication systems required for the role
