Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert nursing care to patients in a primary care setting
- Develop and implement care plans to meet the needs of patients
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Contribute to the development of our primary care services, including service improvement initiatives
