Health and Social Care Professional

Northamptonshire Sport is currently seeking a dedicated Health and Social Care Professional to join our team as a Community Enablement Worker. This exciting opportunity involves providing support to customers aged 18-65 with physical and learning needs in their homes. As a valued member of our team, you will be expected to work part-time hours, primarily on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and evening shifts. The contract duration is fixed at 18 months with possible extension. One of the benefits of this role is the enhanced pay received for working outside regular hours. Additionally, you will be entitled to 28 days holiday, rising to 33 after 5 years, and participate in a pension scheme and generous leave entitlement. Our team promotes agile working arrangements and healthy work-life balance, ensuring that you can maintain a good balance between your personal and professional life. Key responsibilities include assisting customers with daily tasks, medication, and risk assessments. To succeed in this position, you must possess the Care Certificate, Level 2 in Health and Social Care, and relevant experience in health or care work. The primary goal of this role is to provide exceptional support to our customers, enabling them to live active, fulfilled lives. Located at Da Vinci Court, Wellingborough, United Kingdom, we estimate the annual salary for this position to be approximately £25,000.
