We are looking for a skilled and empathetic Complex Needs Assistant to join our team at Advantage Healthcare. As a Companion Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to individuals in their own homes or community settings.

Your Skills and Experience

You will need experience in PEG feeding, ventilation, and suctioning for this role. As well as plenty of care, compassion, and resilience. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, paid annual leave, and the chance to make a real difference in people's lives.
