Job Description

We are recruiting for a Bank Healthcare Assistant to join our team at HMP Five Wells. As a critical member of our Primary Care team, you will play a vital role in delivering patient-centered care and supporting the registered nurse in implementing care plans.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering patient care in accordance with care plans and policies
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Ensuring patient safety and well-being through effective communication and observation

Qualifications and Experience:

  • NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent qualification in Health and Social Care
  • Previous experience working in a healthcare setting (desirable)
