You'll be an engaging communicator with your team and guests, passionate about everything you do and consistent in how you do it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Runs shifts with confidence, leading the team to deliver great guest service
  • Carries out engaging pre and post shift briefs
  • Supports the team to deal with complaints and deliver magic moments
  • Passionate about food quality and regularly checks food specs
  • Supports the management team to drive guest feedback through clear communication and team incentives
  • Communicates with the management team, ensuring that they are aware of all relevant information from their shifts

Standards

  • Ensures Food Safety and Health and Safety are the number one priority and understands the risk to the business for non-compliance
  • Monitors and completes daily standards on shift front of house and back of house and contributes to actions plans for improvements
  • Takes accountability for compliance diary completion and supports the team to understand their responsibilities
