We're seeking an experienced Restaurant Shift Manager/Floor Operations Leader/Shift Team Coordinator to join our team at Tim Hortons. Responsibilities

- Driving Sales: Understand sales, popular products, and peak trade times to improve restaurant performance and employee incentives.
- Inventory Management: Optimize stock orders, maintain quality, and ensure cleanliness within the restaurant.
- Health and Safety: Maintain a high level of food hygiene and food safety, and report any incidents to the Regional Manager.
