Office Administration Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Office Administration Coordinator to join our team at Wincanton Trans European Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing personnel files, and processing daily deliveries and paperwork.
You will also be required to maintain accuracy in computer systems, assist with stock investigations and customer queries, and provide excellent customer service. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the operations team
- Manage personnel files and maintain confidentiality
- Process daily deliveries and paperwork accurately
- Maintain computer systems and ensure data integrity
- Assist with stock investigations and customer queries
Requirements:
- Reliable and trustworthy with excellent communication skills
- Flexibility regarding shift patterns and ability to work independently
- Able to maintain a high standard of customer service
- PC literate and numerate with good written skills
