Front Office Coordinator

The Transformation Unit is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join the Undergraduate Centre at Russells Hall Hospital as a Receptionist/Administration Support. The primary responsibilities of this role will be to provide exceptional front line customer service for the Centre.
The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service, organisational and administrative skills with the ability to communicate professionally with all levels of staff within the Trust.

Salary Range: £23,615 per annum (pro rata).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional front line customer service in person and/or by phone or email.
- Refer telephone callers appropriately to the right team members and direct visitors to the appropriate centres/staff.
- Provide administration support on a range of medical educational programmes to support the professional running of the Undergraduate Centre.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Educated to GCSE (Grade C/Level 4 or above) or equivalent, to include English Language and Maths
- NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent
