The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at PVH Corp. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example and demonstrate a strong work ethic, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide a positive customer experience.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of the store, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to sales associates to improve performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Calvin Klein brand and its products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure the store remains competitive.

About You

  • You will have a proven track record of success in a retail or sales environment, with experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • You will be a strong leader, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • You will be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • You will be a team player, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances.
