The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Calvin Klein. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in achieving our sales and customer service goals, while ensuring a positive and productive work environment for our team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example and demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and sales excellence.
  • Manage the efficient operation of the store floor, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and sales floor productivity.
  • Support the management team in achieving sales and customer service goals, while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive results.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who possesses excellent leadership and communication skills. You will have a proven track record of success in a retail or sales environment, with a strong focus on customer service and sales excellence.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in a retail or sales environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business results and improve customer engagement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and sales excellence.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
