Position Overview: In the capacity of Supervisor, you will be instrumental in maintaining the seamless and effective functioning of the retail environment. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the store team, delivering outstanding customer service, and assisting both the Assistant Manager and Store Manager in the overall management of the store. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and enhance overall store performance.
- Oversee customer interactions during all phases of the sales process, ensuring adherence to company policies and fostering relationship building.
- Exhibit comprehensive product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Communicate sales objectives and support strategies to surpass store sales goals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping atmosphere.
- Establish and nurture customer relationships to enhance loyalty.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring optimal product placement, attractive window displays, accurate pricing, and overall store presentation.
- Assist in the recruitment process for the store team.
- Engage in the onboarding and training of new employees.
- Inspire and train the store team to excel in all areas of responsibility, including product knowledge, customer service, CRM, visual merchandising, and sales.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including Health & Safety, Loss Prevention, HR policies, and Cash Management.
- Support Senior Management in organizing store coverage to facilitate smooth operations.
- Assist the Store Manager with administrative tasks such as sales reporting, petty cash management, shipping records, vendor documentation, and HR records.
- Actively manage inventory levels, including restocking shelves, conducting audits, and overseeing replenishment processes.

- Proven leadership and team management capabilities, with a talent for motivating and developing a diverse workforce.
- Strong sales orientation and customer service focus, with the ability to cultivate and maintain customer relationships.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Prior experience in retail management, ideally in a supervisory capacity or similar role.
- Familiarity with visual merchandising standards and inventory management practices.
