  • Establish and nurture customer relationships to enhance loyalty.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring optimal product placement, attractive window displays, accurate pricing, and overall store presentation.
  • Assist in the recruitment process for the store team.
  • Engage in the onboarding and training of new employees.
  • Inspire and train the store team to excel in all areas of responsibility, including product knowledge, customer service, CRM, visual merchandising, and sales.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including Health & Safety, Loss Prevention, HR policies, and Cash Management.
  • Support Senior Management in organizing store coverage to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Assist the Store Manager with administrative tasks such as sales reporting, petty cash management, shipping records, vendor documentation, and HR records.
  • Actively manage inventory levels, including restocking shelves, conducting audits, and overseeing replenishment processes.

  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities, with a talent for motivating and developing a diverse workforce.
  • Strong sales orientation and customer service focus, with the ability to cultivate and maintain customer relationships.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in retail management, ideally in a supervisory capacity or similar role.
  • Familiarity with visual merchandising standards and inventory management practices.
