Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for design-focused stationery, embodying this enthusiasm to inspire customers.
  • Foster a culture of outstanding service by encouraging all team members to engage positively with customers.
  • Ensure the team possesses comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Promote relevant offers and upsell to enhance sales performance.
  • Exhibit a talent for exceptional visual merchandising.
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation consistently.
  • Contribute to establishing our New Concept Store as the premier destination for stationery on the High Street.
  • Inspire colleagues to drive sales and surpass store performance indicators.
  • Build proactive relationships with the broader business.
  • Communicate with the Retail Support Centre regarding any operational issues.
  • Assume full responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
