About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Head of Partnerships and Collaborations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our brand partnerships strategy, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with our brand partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of our brand partnerships strategy, aligning with our business objectives and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our brand partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities, leveraging your expertise in the luxury sector to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans and activations that drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Work closely with our Buying team to ensure alignment with commercial relationships and deliver brand partner activations.
  • Manage the brand partnerships P&L, ensuring budget efficiency and effective use of resources.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop engaging cross-channel marketing and partnership activations.
  • Plan and execute key partnership campaigns, targeting new customer acquisition, increased frequency of visit and purchase.
  • Work with Finance partners to ensure budget maximization and efficient use of resources.
  • Lead, inspire, and develop the wider Partnership Teams, encouraging powerful collaboration across the business.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in brand partnerships, sales, and strategic marketing, with a strong track record of delivering revenue growth.
  • Expertise in the luxury sector, with a deep understanding of the premium and luxury markets.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data and information.
  • Experience in measuring delivery of marketing plans against customer KPIs.
  • Collaborative, open, and transparent, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results.
