Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine how to build, test, and aggressively scale the marketing of our weight loss business, taking ownership and initiative to drive projects forward to completion.
  • Own marketing for our fastest-growing product category, including managing a substantial paid advertising budget alongside organic growth strategies.
  • Integrate customer feedback loops into the growth process, ensuring that customer-centricity drives decision-making.
  • Manage budgets across all marketing channels, allocating resources to maximise value and return on investment.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad creatives and implement a test-and-learn approach for optimisation.
  • Successfully launch and scale new marketing channels from inception to maturity.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in managing paid advertising for a brand.
  • Proven experience with paid social advertising, demonstrating success in scaling accounts.
  • Customer-centric mindset, prioritising the customer's perspective and building feedback loops.
