About the Role:
Care Assistant

As a Residential Senior Carer, you will be responsible for leading a team of care staff in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. This includes providing training and supervision, delegating duties on shift, and supporting with medication administration, resident care plans, and risk assessments. You will also liaise with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and social care, with NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, and previous experience in a residential care setting. Proven team leadership skills and the ability to make appropriate decisions to support resident needs are essential. In return for your hard work, you will receive a competitive salary of around £35,000 per annum, plus our sector-leading benefits and rewards package.
