We are seeking a Carer Supervisor to join our team at West Northamptonshire Council. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that high-quality care and support is provided to residents.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of carers, supporting them in their daily tasks and ensuring that residents receive the best possible care. You will also be involved in recruitment and training processes, helping to build a skilled and dedicated team.

You will work closely with nurses and therapy teams from NHFT to ensure that residents receive holistic care and support. Your excellent leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with others will be essential in achieving this goal.

  • Salary: £32,500 per annum.
