We are seeking a bank physiotherapist to join our Community Rapid Response & Intermediate Care Team at Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by providing specialist physiotherapy services in a community setting.

As a skilled physiotherapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing personalized care plans, and delivering high-quality interventions to promote independence and improve mobility. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide seamless care and support to patients in their own homes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physiotherapy, preferably within the NHS, and experience working in a community multidisciplinary team environment. You should be able to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

A key aspect of this role is your ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays, as part of the rota. You must also hold a valid UK driving license and have access to a vehicle for work purposes at all times on duty.
