Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Ecommerce Account Coordinator to join our ecommerce team at Julian Bowen, a leading furniture wholesaler.

Salary: £22,000-£25,000 per annum

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience working with online retailers and possess strong customer service skills. They will be responsible for reviewing online content, communicating new product launches, and collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure seamless product launches on various e-commerce platforms.

  • Reviewing online content to ensure accuracy and up-to-dateness
  • Communicating new product launches and tailoring quotes
  • Collaborating with internal and external teams to see products through to launch on various e-commerce platforms
  • Optimizing existing web content to improve sales potential
  • Analysing sales performance and addressing potential negative trends
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with online retailers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to assess and prioritise workload independently
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
