About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Social Worker to join our Wolds Community Wellbeing team at East Riding of Yorkshire Council.
The successful candidate will work in accordance with the Care Act 2014, undertaking person-centred assessments in the community, assisting in the creation of collaborative care and support plans, and monitoring and reviewing support thereafter.
You will participate on a duty rota, dealing with crisis and urgent situations, and work in accordance with adult safeguarding and deprivation of liberty safeguards.
Excellent communication, time management, and IT skills are essential, as well as the ability to work under pressure and to timeframes.
As a member of our team, you will receive comprehensive induction, regular supervision, employee development reviews, and training essential to the role.
The team operates Monday to Friday, and the ability to drive is essential with a mileage allowance available.
