Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality patient care, and we're seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will work closely with the Co-Practice Managers, providing administrative support and helping them manage their workload. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Main Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • General administrative duties, including data entry, word processing, scanning, and recording information according to practice procedures.
  • Organizing meetings, attending to tasks, and minuting as necessary.
  • Replying to emails, post, and screening phone calls to handle enquiries efficiently.
  • Running clinical searches and audits when required.
  • Supporting monthly payroll and maintaining organized records.
  • Processing invoices for timely payments and managing office systems.
  • Managing absences and tasks in the Co-Managers' absence.
  • Providing general assistance to the Co-Practice Managers and projecting a positive image to patients and visitors.

Person Specification

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • GCSE grade A-C in English and Maths.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.

Salary and Benefits
