Adult Healthcare Team Member

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Adult Healthcare Team Member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing patient care in a variety of settings, including GP surgeries, Walk-in Centres, and Out of Hours clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments, take blood pressure readings, and perform health and weight checks
- Administer immunisations (B12s, Pneumonia), ECGs, and wound dressings
- Work with Patient Specific Dosage charts (PSDs) and assist with other patient care tasks
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience in Primary Care
- Confidence in carrying out the required skills and qualifications
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Salary: £13-20 per hour, including holiday pay
