As a Child Welfare Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our dedicated and child-focused Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) team. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and supervise social work staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to children and young people in Barking and Dagenham. To achieve this, you will provide reflective supervision, support the progress and professional development of each team member, and drive excellent social work practice.
What We OfferIn return for your expertise and commitment, we offer a competitive salary of £64,000 per annum, including a £25,000 Recruitment and Retention Allowance.
