Child Welfare Manager

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd, a pioneering recruitment agency, is seeking a dedicated Child Welfare Manager to join their Fostering Team on a permanent basis in Stanmore, London. The successful candidate will work full-time and receive a salary of up to £40,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:- To visit foster homes regularly and interact with children and young people in placement.
- To conduct Form F assessments and present them to the fostering panel.
- To maintain accurate records and adhere to agency policies, legislation, and Ofsted requirements.
- CQSW, DipSW, BA Social Work or equivalent professional qualification.
- Knowledge of relevant childcare legislation.
