Adult Social Care Leader

About the Role:
We're looking for someone who has a proven track record of managing teams, developing care plans, and contributing to the development of organisational strategy. You'll work closely with our Area Manager to develop and implement effective staff management practices, maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements, and ensure high-quality care standards across all services.
**Key Requirements:**
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- RQF Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care
- Previous managerial experience in social care
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including the Care Standards Act 2000 and CQC
- Mandatory training qualifications
We offer a competitive salary of up to £36,000 per annum, plus benefits including a birthday off with pay after one year of service, and a refer-a-friend scheme offering £300.
