Job Title: CRM / Sales Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our client's Sales Support team. As a key member of the team, you will bridge the gap between Sales and Operations, ensuring seamless processes and efficient delivery of products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Sales Team: Process orders, manage customer inquiries, and provide administrative assistance to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
  • Collaborate with Operations: Work closely with the Operations team to ensure effective communication, coordination, and delivery of sales-related tasks.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure accurate sales records, generate reports as needed, and maintain customer databases and CRM systems.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Sales function, including handling tasks such as data entry, document management, and other related duties.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a sales or customer-facing environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a collaborative and flexible approach to achieving team goals.
