Scientific Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Scientific Sales Specialist to join our team at Avantor. This role is focused on driving revenue growth within the Critical Environment & Safety business.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth, improve market share, and increase customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with field-based Product Specialists and Account Management Teams to identify opportunities, develop proposals, and close deals.
- Provide expert knowledge of VWR's products and services to customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical queries.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and market trends to inform future sales strategies.
- Prior experience in sales, ideally within the scientific or laboratory equipment industry.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- A highly competitive salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.
