Senior Membership Manager Role Overview

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Senior Membership Manager to join the COREcruitment International team. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, a keen attention to detail, and a deep understanding of luxury service standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end membership process to deliver exceptional member experiences.
  • Support the head of department in overseeing the membership team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Drive membership acquisitions through targeted strategies and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement effective member communications to enhance loyalty and retention.
  • Build strong relationships with current members, addressing their needs and enhancing their club experience.
  • Represent the club as the face of the organization, maintaining a high level of professionalism and service standards.
  • Monitor member feedback and address complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve member satisfaction and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a membership or client management role from a luxury background.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with energy and positivity.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A strong network and experience dealing with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Results-driven with a track record of delivering exceptional results.
