Chief Commercial Officer: Business Growth Strategist

EggChaser has experienced steady growth in recent years, with our Men's, Women's, and Academy sides achieving success both domestically and internationally. Our brand is expanding across various pillars, and we're excited to announce the creation of a new Commercial Manager role.
This entrepreneur-in-residence will report directly to the founder and CEO, taking a lead role in business development and sales pipeline management for the EggChaser brand. The focus will be on growing current partnerships, planning and executing events, identifying new opportunities, and maximizing the unique selling proposition (USP) of our 7s brand.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing strategies to expand our commercial activities
- Leading the planning, coordination, and execution of EggChaser tournaments and events
- Identifying and pursuing new business development opportunities
- Maintaining and enhancing existing partnerships
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A positive, proactive attitude and a desire to join our growing organization
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid UK driving license and DBS clearance
Salary and Benefits
