Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Executive to join our team at EggChaser. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing the retail store under the direction of the e-commerce lead.

The successful candidate will lead and assist new team members in carrying out day-to-day retail tasks, assisting the E-Commerce lead with order fulfillment, and liaising with the Events Manager, COO, and E-Commerce lead on various growth areas for the brand online and in-store.

You will connect with new and existing partners to grow our family of business partners supporting various clubs, brands, and events. Additionally, you will answer and reply to inquiries from telephone customers, assist and lead with various parts of EggChaser events, and work closely with the team to drive business growth.

This is a full-time role that comes with a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, alongside a number of benefits and a strong KPI-related bonus. The working hours are mainly Monday-Friday with either a Saturday or Sunday, totaling 37.5 hours a week.

A passion and understanding for rugby is ideal but not mandatory. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
