Job Overview

We're a fast-expanding business with a culture centered around our people. As a Business Development Leader, you'll have full autonomy to drive the business towards long-term profitability and be responsible for ensuring your venue performs to the best of its abilities.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • To lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional service to all guests while maintaining commercial and operational excellence of the venue.
  • To work closely with the operations team to maximize service delivery opportunities and ensure the continued success of the cinema.

About You

  • You'll be a passionate and dynamic leader with previous experience as a Venue or General Manager and a background in customer service-focused hospitality.
  • You'll possess a huge personality and not be afraid to use it.
  • You'll have a genuine passion for hospitality and ensuring that the teams you lead and work in share this.
