Job Overview
As a Health Care Assistant, you will be working in the community with patients who require nursing care interventions. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives while working alongside experienced nurses and healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate will have experience in health or social care, be physically able to perform tasks while kneeling, bending, and handling patients and equipment safely, and possess good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
You will be providing care and support to patients in their homes, promoting independence and enabling them to live comfortably in their own environment. You will also work as part of an integrated team, responding to the needs of older people and those with long-term conditions.

Requirements
An NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification is required, along with a valid driving license and car for travel throughout the locality. You must also be willing to work weekends and bank holidays as part of a 7-day rota.
