French Speaking Relocation Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced French Speaking Relocation Consultant to join our team at Red Recruit Ltd. As a key member of our relocation services team, you will be responsible for facilitating the relocation process for our corporate clients and their employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the relocation process from start to finish, including activities performed by third-party suppliers.
  • Provide pre-assignment briefings and orientations to assignees, ensuring they understand client policies and compensation details.
  • Offer continuous advice and support to clients and assignees, maintaining regular contact throughout the assignment.
  • Produce cost projections and calculate assignment compensation.
  • Manage payments related to the assignment, including payroll instructions, expenses, and invoices.
  • Authorize exceptions to client policies during the relocation process.
  • Prepare monthly reports for clients on international supplier information.
  • Initiate assignee surveys and undertake other tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in relocation.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Sensitivity to the needs of culturally diverse assignees and their families.
  • Initiative and creativity within the parameters of policy and procedures.
  • Fluency in IT applications, including Microsoft Office and related platforms.
  • Attention to detail and numeric skills.
  • Ability to work well within a multicultural team.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple projects.
