We are seeking an experienced French Speaking Relocation Consultant to join our team at Red Recruit Ltd. As a key member of our relocation services team, you will be responsible for facilitating the relocation process for our corporate clients and their employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the relocation process, including activities performed by third-party suppliers, to ensure a smooth transition for assignees and their families.
  • Provide pre-assignment briefings and orientations to assignees, ensuring they understand client policies and compensation details.
  • Offer continuous advice and support to clients and assignees, maintaining regular contact throughout the assignment.
  • Produce cost projections and calculate assignment compensation, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
  • Manage payments related to the assignment, including payroll instructions, expenses, and invoices.
  • Authorize exceptions to client policies during the relocation process, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
  • Prepare monthly reports for clients on international supplier information, providing valuable insights into the relocation process.
  • Initiate assignee surveys and undertake other tasks as required, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in relocation, with a strong understanding of corporate relocation processes.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and assignees from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Initiative and creativity, with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions to complex relocation challenges.
  • Proficiency in IT applications, including Microsoft Office and related platforms.
  • Attention to detail and numeric skills, with the ability to manage complex financial data and ensure accurate calculations.
  • Ability to work well within a multicultural team, with a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion.
  • Flexibility and a willingness to undertake additional tasks as required, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
