Red Recruit Ltd is seeking a highly skilled French Speaking Relocation Consultant to join their team. As a key member of the relocation team, you will be responsible for facilitating the overall relocation process for corporate clients and their employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Relocation Process Management: Manage all activities related to the transfer process, including those performed by third-party suppliers, for the ongoing assignment and repatriation where applicable.
- Pre-Assignment Briefing: Conduct pre-assignment briefings and orientations for assignees on client policies, including compensation details where applicable.
- Client and Assignee Support: Provide continuous advice and support to both clients and assignees, maintaining regular contact throughout the assignment.
- Cost Projections and Compensation: Produce cost projections and calculate assignment compensation.
- Payment Management: Manage payments related to the assignment, including payroll instructions, expenses, and invoices.
- Policy Exceptions: Provide authorizations for requested exceptions to client policies during the relocation process.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly reports for clients on international supplier information.
- Assignee Surveys: Initiate assignee surveys and undertake other tasks as required.
- Language Skills: Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Relocations Experience: Previous experience in relocation.
- Planning and Organizational Skills: Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Sensitivity to the needs of culturally diverse assignees and their families.
- Initiative and Creativity: Initiative and creativity within the parameters of policy and procedures.
- IT Skills: Fluency in IT applications, including Microsoft Office and related platforms.
- Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and numeric skills.
- Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work well within a multicultural team and work independently, prioritizing and managing multiple projects in addition to day-to-day activities.
- Flexibility: Flexibility and a willingness to undertake additional tasks as required.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in relocation and excellent administration skills. Ideally, you will have Swiss relocation experience gained in a corporate environment.
