We are seeking a highly skilled System Specialist to join our Luxottica Retail HR team based in London. As part of this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional system support functions, including day-to-day running, query resolution, development, implementation, and project work around the Time & Attendance system across all stores.

This position involves identifying and recommending changes to improve functionality in line with business needs. You will also be responsible for delivering and supporting training needs across the business, working closely with the wider HR team, Payroll, Operations, and Finance teams to meet business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and strategic planning skills, as well as excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English. Additionally, they will have experience as a system specialist or in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing system support and resolving queries related to KRONOS and SAP HR
  • Developing and implementing improvements to the Time & Attendance system
  • Delivering and supporting training programs for employees
  • Collaborating with the HR, Payroll, Operations, and Finance teams to meet business objectives
