Job Overview

KMK HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Payroll Benefits Specialist to join their London team on a temporary 6-month contract. The successful candidate will have expertise in using Workday and be available to work full-time or part-time (minimum 4 days a week).

The role involves leading the integration of KMK HR Solutions' HRIS Workday and payroll system Safeguard, as well as preparing and running monthly payroll support across the UK business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the integration project between Workday and Safeguard, ensuring seamless data exchange and compliance.
  • Prepare and process monthly payroll for the UK business, including starters, leavers, and holiday pay calculations.
  • Assist with maternity, paternity, and holiday figures, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Stay up-to-date with payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements, applying this knowledge to ensure adherence.
  • Update benefits platforms and provide support for auto-enrolment queries, providing excellent customer service.

  • Experience working with Workday and Safeguard, preferably in a payroll or HR-related capacity.
  • A proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • An understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £42,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
