About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Workday Benefits Consultant to join our team at Apax.Tech, a recognized Workday Services Partner. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects, leveraging your expertise in Workday Benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in end-to-end Workday implementations, configurations, and optimizations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and documentation as necessary.
Requirements
  • Workday Partner Certification in Workday Benefits (any additional certifications would be considered an asset).
  • At least 4 years of experience supporting end-to-end deployment projects at a Workday Partner.
  • Proficiency in implementing and configuring Workday functionalities in Workday Benefits.
  • Strong understanding of client requirements and the ability to translate them into effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team and with clients.
