At Workday, we're passionate about empowering our customers to achieve their goals. As a Workday Services Executive, you'll play a critical role in driving our Professional Services organization forward.

About the Role

As a Workday Services Executive, you'll be responsible for planning, management, and execution of all Professional Services business development activities in your area. You'll work closely with Workday Account Executives, driving Workday Subscription sales across Workday's market segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive Professional Services revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Workday Service Partners and customers.
  • Assess project team training needs for prospects and customers.
  • Maintain accurate and timely prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data.
  • Lead, negotiate, and close Professional Services Agreements, Statements of Work, and other contractual documentation.

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading Financial or HCM implementation projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in Professional Services sales.

Other Qualifications

  • Proven track record in running sophisticated services sales cycles from start to finish with successful service revenue and profitability attainment preferred.
  • Solid understanding of vendors, products, and services in the Financials Enterprise Application space.
  • Great presentation skills while participating in a fast-paced, sophisticated product and services sales cycle.
  • Strong attention to detail and experience with commercial processes and tools, including RFP responses, project calculation and/or estimation tools, and scope description and/or contract documentation.
  • Ability to travel up to 35%.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
