About the Role

Workday Reporting Delivery Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Workday experts focused on delivering high-quality reporting solutions to our customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering small scope consulting in response to customer requests, providing configuration guidance, demonstrations, considerations, tips & tricks, and troubleshooting
  • Acting as a queue lead for Reporting, reviewing incoming customer requests and assigning appropriate delivery consultant
  • Aggressively recruiting, developing, managing, and retaining a diverse team of consultants
  • Promoting a team-orientated, challenging, and innovative work environment
  • Delivering on quarterly objectives including headcount/hiring, customer satisfaction, individual and team utilization, and administering team's incentive compensation plans
  • Maintaining and improving the consulting onboarding, performance management, and career development processes
  • Collaborating with peers and other team members to continuously look for process improvement to enhance the consultant experience
  • Working across organizations to align on priorities
  • Maintaining product expertise and Workday Certification(s) along with familiarity with the overall Workday roadmap and industry practices
  • You will be measured on customer satisfaction, utilization, program revenue, and retention as well as individual goals.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a mix of product/program management, consulting, and people management skills with a strong working knowledge of professional services, education services, and enablement services as it relates to enterprise software.

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience with Workday Reporting delivery
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams
