About the Role

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Lead a diverse team of consultants in delivering Workday consulting services, focusing on thought leadership and innovative solutions.
  • Promote a collaborative work environment that fosters growth, learning, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding, performance management, and career development processes to ensure consultant success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to staff engagements, build skills, and drive project success.
  • Drive high customer satisfaction levels through exceptional service delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure consultants adhere to Workday's Implementation methodology and best practices.
  • Administer consultant incentive compensation plans to motivate and reward high-performing team members.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of Workday B.V. through leadership and participation in internal initiatives.
  • Conduct discovery activities to understand customer requirements, timeline, and scope to accurately estimate projects in one or more functional areas.
  • Deliver a full suite of service offerings, including Feature Adoption Workshop, Functional Review, Health Check, and Expert Assist, to assist customers in achieving self-sufficiency.

    About You

    Basic Qualifications

    • 3+ years of consulting experience in change management or management consulting.
    • 10+ years of software consulting experience on large, enterprise projects.
    • 4+ years as a people manager and/or relevant experience leading an implementation team.
    • Workday certification in one or more product areas required as a condition of employment.

    Other Qualifications

    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • 2+ years as a people manager preferred.
    • Ability to influence and interact with senior executives, internally and externally.
    • Leading and influencing large design meetings towards effective and collaborative outcomes.
    • Collaboration with other organizations within Workday effectively.
