Senior Night Care Assistant

Location: Lancaster
Contract:Permanent
Salary:£13.20 per hour
Hours:40 hours per week

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Night Care Assistant to join our team at an award-winning care home in Lancaster. As a senior member of staff, you will be responsible for leading by example and demonstrating a high standard of care and compassion to our residents during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individual care plans and ensure their effective execution
  • Monitor the well-being of residents and report any concerns to the management team
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
  • Work effectively as part of a team and provide leadership when required

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar setting
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team and provide leadership when required
