About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Neuro Physiotherapist to join our Community Neuro Rehabilitation Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a complex clinical caseload and providing specialised assessment and rehabilitation services to patients following a stroke.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a large caseload of patients requiring neurological rehabilitation, ensuring timely and effective treatment plans are implemented.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet individual patient needs.
  • Provide leadership and supervision to junior physiotherapists, therapy assistants, and assistant practitioners, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies, procedures, and guidelines that reflect best practice in neuro rehabilitation.
What We Offer

The salary for this position is estimated to be £43,000 - £63,000 per annum based on location and experience. Our Trust operates from multiple sites across Morecambe Bay, offering opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic healthcare environment.
